Professor Arazoza, is intellectual in his field but lacks understanding. His classes aren't recorded and SHOULD BE, as this class is a long lecture. If you miss class he wont provide you with what was done in class. His lectures are based off his powerpoints. He can be sassy, if you ask him questions. No textbook is needed. I wouldn't recommend!!!

You have to finish the work by the due date. The only thing is good luck getting this teacher to actually interact with you. Not only did had I been messaging him from the first day of class, he did not respond the whole semester. There is extra credit but he decides who "deserves" it. Not the worst teacher but I wouldn't take again. Work is easy

Started off as easy. I failed one project and my grade drastically went down even though I had an A average on the homework. Dont take this professor.

One of the best Professor's I've ever had. Professor Ralph is really cool and caring, and his lectures are excellent! Your grade is heavily dependent on exams, but only because he cares. The IT industry needs thinkers. The guy is real down-to-earth. C++ and Web Development I took him. Both amazing classes! Take him and you won't regret it!

Prof. De Arazoza was awesome! His explanation of topics was thorough and he was always so helpful when i needed some extra feedback. he is hilarious and sarcastic. about 10 homeworks, 1 project and 3 to 4 exams. I learned so much from him! take lots of notes and be sure to go over everything before exams/while doing homework and you will do great!

If you're an ACCESS student at MDC, DO NOT take this professor. He literally speeds through the class and if you miss one day of information you will be behind and he will not catch you up or will be reluctant to do so. Very important: for this class there are only three exams. Each exam is worth 60% of your grade. 60% per exam. Sit on that.

As this professor was born in a tech family, he is a fantastic tech professor as well as a technology professional who loves Minecraft. He has been doing this for a long time. I dropped with a refund due to my personal reason. However, based on his introduction class, I can easily imagine that he tries his best to make his class straightforward.

Very good teacher. Has his class structured nicely. Anytime I had an issue he always emailed me back promptly and with care. Very straightforward class. As long as you do the assignment you're fine. Highly recommend him.

The quintessential professor if you are a CS major. His teaching style, grading, and assignments are told clearly. He makes you work for your grade (in a good way), he is hilarious and he wants you to pass his class. Just put in the effort to do so and always ask for help from him or fellow classmates

I took him for Database Concepts, not 1060, He is hands down probably one of the most respectful teachers out there. He is very patient and is great at making you think and apply yourself. He gives off a great confiding atmosphere that is helpful for anyone who is shy about asking questions. Plain and simple, if you care and you try, YOU SHALL PASS

Prof, De Arazoza was the best prof I have had in college, period. Very inspiring, he loves what he does and does it well. Teaches very effectively. The class is tough but if you pay attention and practice (you are learning a programming language after all), this class will be a breeze. If you want a great intro into code or programming this is it!

De Arazoza does not care about his students or their success in his class. Each quiz can be taken only once, with the time limit of 30 minutes for 25 questions. SAM program, which is required, is horrendous. It has many technical problems, but the WebSite for it is still functioning. I do not recommend you taking this class with him.

Prof. De Arazoza is excellent and super helpful. His online class is easy and straight forward. Just read the chapters, do quizzes and the SAM exams. No midterm. Final is proctored but he gives you a study guide. He also gives you two extra credit opportunities. He answers emails and discussion posts quickly. Easy A.

Took this professor online and honestly his class is pretty straight forward, theres about 6-7 modules and about 2 tests for each module and them SAM. All the assignments are opened and due a week apart, make sure you do them early because he will not help you out since its available to do whenever.

It should seem like an easy class, but it actually took a lot of time and effort. There are few grades for this class so every one counts a lot.
