The class is boring and if he likes you, you'll be fine. if not, you'll get C or D. That's how he graded our term paper. I wouldn't take him cuz he's lazy and unhelpful.

Lectures from the book the entire class which can be boring. Curves each test but tests arent too hard. 2 case briefs where you summarize 2 court cases. Final was questions from 1st test and last couple chapters of the book. Midterm paper needs thought for a good grade. Easy A for me and most of the class and definitely would recommend.
