Prof. Peery is such an amazing teacher! Shes very caring & understanding. She takes time teaching the materials before assigning any assignments which is helpful. I never felt overwhelmed or stressed in her class b/c she enforces students to go thru writing process. She also offers a lot of extra credit opportunities & brings snacks to class!

Professor Peery is excellent. She gives excellent feedback on the essays. The tests & exams are super easy if u pay attention to her lecture. You don't even need to study for the test if u pay attention. Her work schedule is a mass, but she will find a space in her busy schedule to work with u. YOU WILL NOT REGRET TAKING HER, I PROMISE!!

Professer Peery is by the best teacher I have ever had. If she taught every subject I would make all my classes with her. I highly recommend her class. She grades decently fast, but you can not blame her since she grades so many essays and always provides lots of detail on each one. Take her class if you can. You will not regret it.

Professor Peery is a wonderful teacher! She clearly knows what she's doing and she will work with you if you are willing to put in the effort! Sometimes she may get a little cranky but overall she's super nice.

Great class! I took ENG 213 online. The professor posts lots of notes and extra resources to help you understand the text. You will read a lot, but the stories are fascinating! They will teach you sooo much about historical societies, gender struggles, religion struggles and really broaden your horizons. I highly recommend Prof Perry!

Yea her grading is strict, but it's for our best. I actually gained knowledge from her. She gives chances to improve essays by having us revise it. She's a really nice professor, do all the work and you'll pass. Quizzes and tests are really easy if you study. She brings food to class and gives a lot of extra credit. Great professor.

Professor Peery is an incredibly kind and straightforward instructor who is definitely tough - but fair - on grading. If you do the work, and show her that you are investing the time and energy in the class, she rewards it in kind. However, prepare for an epic amount of reading, and she doesn't take it lightly.

This professor is amazing. I did not know grammar until I took her class. I will tell you that she grades your papers fairly, but you MUST do your READING ASSIGNMENTS! If you are a student that does not like to spend 10 hours a week in one class for HW; don't take this class.

She is a very hard English teacher. She grades your papers extremely hard. However, she knows what she is talking about and she often brings candy to class. I would recommend her if you are a very focussed and hardworking person, if not, you might find your self struggling to pass.

Prof Peery was very helpful, but her grading was extremely hard! I took the course online and passes with a low B, which I worked my ass off, but yet still got a low B, I am a accounting major and this class was not my interest, so that might have had alot to do with it, so I suggest you to take her only if literature is your major.

Very helpful teacher, but can be a difficult class if you lack a firm understanding of grammar. Can be a hard grader at times. This was an honors course, so her regular classes may be easier to bear.
