Woolcott is an absolote sweetheart, almost like a grandfather in nature. As for his teaching skills, I can't really complain. He wasn't the best, but not the worst either.

Horrible class, barely taught, most of class was clueless, seriously, im not just saying that, towards the end of the class no one understood anything he taught. Cut out a lot we should of learned as well. Should not be teaching.

A bad bad teacher. He is so advanced in his field that he does not know how to break the material down to students. I believe most people pass just for sitting through the semester. There are homeworks and a few exams. Woolcott is a nice guy but a horrible teacher.

This man is a total nut job.. He had to go to his office about 10 times every class because he forgot something.. so far out there that when you ask a question he cant answer it.. he is very entertaining to watch throughout the class because he starts off clean and by the end of class he is completely covered in black dry erase marker

You don't learn as much in his class compared to Chitturi. He's unclear when answering questions although he does try. He also tries his best to help students pass. Study the sample exams and you should be fine

If u wanna learn sth dont take him. If u just want to get a good grade, than take him!Hes nice and willing to answer ur questions. He also did explain materials in the class, but not many ppl were listening to him. The exams are really easy, just study the pratice exams dat he gives out.

Veyr interesting professor. He was a little ill prepared for class but once he got started he went on with the lecture. Clarification was not taht good but he was available during office hours to answer questions and responded by email fairly well. He uses powerpoint to teach stats, not a very effective way but he grades very fairly

this guy is such a jerk. i got placed into one of his assistant's smaller classes but still had him for lecture. his assistant didnt speak 1 syllable of english and i asked if i could be transfer into his class but he said no. how am i supposed to learn from someone who doesnt even speak english?

I had this guy in 1984. OH MY GOD. It was so hard. But "Wooley", as we called him, was very good with helping you. He knew the class was hard, yet made himself available. In retrospect (being 40 years old now) I hated him when I was 20 and now realize he was a great teacher.

Great teacher. Easy class partially because he gives you so many ways but also because you go over the material so much that you have no choice but to learn at least most of it. Curves well and gives plenty of opportunities to do well. TAke him!!!!
